About the Institute
ARFI studies how American democratic institutions, public services, national security and opportunity can improve over a 75-year horizon. The proposed research program is independent of government and is not an adopted public policy.
What we publish
The Plan examines possible national futures. The Architecture Atlas maps institutions and documented relationships. The Data Observatory presents published evidence and its limitations.
Governance and independence
Our foundational charter is a proposed research and governance document, not ratified bylaws or evidence of tax-exempt status. Verified legal-entity, governing-board, funding and conflicts-of-interest disclosures have not yet been published here. We will not present prospective arrangements as established facts.
Research findings and models are distinct from the legal authority of federal, state, tribal, territorial and local governments. Contact and research inquiries.
Editorial standards
We distinguish existing law from proposals, verified observations from interpretation, and published sources from unresolved research. Canonical Plan, Architecture and Data repositories retain provenance and version history.
